Can't install visio
I'm trying to install Visio, but it's saying I can't because of previous office trials I have installed on my computer. Its shouldn't be saying that because I just bought the office package yesterday. I also went to my uninstaller and couldn't seem to find any office trials on there. Please help.

Hi,

Would you like to share the whole error message? Have you installed the Office suits in the pc before? Based on your description, did you get the error message like:
"Error 25004. The product key you entered cannot be used on this machine. This is most likely due to previous Office 2013 trials being installed. (System error: -1073422308)"?

If it was, the issue may be caused by the previous office trial was not removed completed in your pc. I recommend you use "Offcat tool" to scan your pc and get a detailed report of your installed Office programs.

Next, we can try to Installed Hotfix: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2968890

Downloaded Office application without SP1 and installed

Then, we may go to registry path to check if there are some keys related to Office.

32 bit version: HKLM:\Software\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall

64 bit version: HKLM:\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall

Note: Backup the registry key before delete.

Once done, start the computer in clean boot and re-install Visio.
