Can't make new Exchange accounts or run Mailbox Management
Our automated Mailbox management process failed to run this weekend. we get the following error: Event Type:InformationEvent Source:MSExchangeSAEvent Category:Mailbox Management Event ID:9209Date:6/28/2007Time:12:53:28 PMUser:N/AComputer:WSEAEXP01Description:Microsoft Exchange Server Mailbox Manager was interrupted before processing was complete - error no = Access is denied..%2 For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp. I can't find anything online that mentions what would cause a 9209 access denied error. We also can't create new email accounts through the AD tools. We get the following error: Event Type:ErrorEvent Source:MSExchangeSAEvent Category:General Event ID:2030Date:6/28/2007Time:12:27:09 PMUser:N/AComputer:WSEAEXP01Description:Unable to find the e-mail address 'smtp:emailtest@surlatable.com smtp:emailtest@surlatable.com SMTP:emailtest@surlatable.com X400:c=US;a= ;p=Sur La Table;o=Exchange;s=emailtest; ' in the directory. Error 'c0070005'. For more information, click http://www.microsoft.com/contentredirect.asp. I believe that they are related, but I am at a loss of what to check next. We are running all 2003 SP1 AD boxes, Exchange is a front end back end setup. Backend is 2003 server SP1, Exchange 2003 SP2 Enterprise. this has happened before, but a restart of the AD servers resolved it. it has not resolved it this time.

Honestly, this sounds like more of a problem with your domain controllers than with Exchange. I would verify that all of the domain controllers in your domain are replicating successfully to begin with. Use ReplMon to force replication between the DC's and log any errors you see. Also, check the event log on the DC's for any events that may offer some clues to what the problem is. Post any events you find to this forum.
