Have you tried running New-MailboxRepairRequest against that mailbox or database?

Hi,
This error could be caused by the corrupted mailbox data.
Please try the following steps:
1. Disconnect the mailbox from the user, then reconnect.
2. If the issue persists, please add your account the full access permission to this mailbox. Then try to move the mailbox once again.
If the error still happens, you may need to create a new mailbox for this user.

Gen Lin, are there reported cases of disconnect, reconnect of mailboxes solving issues like this? If so hopefully there are putting a fix in for that in the near future.
Also I recommend that New-MailboxRepairRequest would be best to run along with your suggestions as well since its whole purpose is to repair problem mailboxes.Troy Werelius
