Can I login to OWA if the mailbox storagelimitstatus is mailboxdisabled?
Hi there,
Just want some confirmation.
Can I login to OWA if the mailbox storagelimitstatus is mailboxdisabled? I seem cannot find any official MS doc stating this behaviour.
Exchange 2007 SP2
Thanks.

You'll have to test this with OWA 2007, but I believe that if they have
never logged into OWA, then they will not be able to logon to it until the mailbox size is reduced below the Disabled Level.

Hi,
Actually I cannot replicate the issue. One of our user got this error when logging in to OWA: "You have exceeded the storage limit for your mailbox. Delete some items from your mailbox or contact technical support for your organization." But how when
they could not even get in to OWA?
I tested with 2 other mailboxes with StorageStatus=MailboxDisabled but I can still login to both OWA premium and OWA light. Now Im confused, since our support staff already told the customer that this is a Microsoft Exchange 2007 behaviour and the
customer insisting that this error never appeared to them before even with their mailbox was full.
Is this an issue on OWA 2007 SP2?Neil

Follow up question is in what condition will I get this OWA error when logging in? ("You have exceeded the storage limit for your mailbox. Delete some items from your mailbox or contact technical support for your organization.")Neil
