Take a look at this article. http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HP052421781033.aspx Once that box is enabled you should be able to select who you are sending from. Yes, now input your other user account address in the FROM box and it will be sent from that account. Mark Morowczynski|MCT| MCSE 2003:Messaging, Security|MCITP:ES, SA,EA|MCTS:Windows Mobile Admin|Security+|http://almostdailytech.com

Here is the solution for the same. But this is a third party tool http://ivasoft.com/choosefrom2007.shtm same has been discussed in below thread. http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchangesvradmin/thread/d25297c9-3430-4aea-887f-acdd31479f28 Vinod |CCNA|MCSE 2003 +Messaging|MCTS|ITIL V3|

Do you say you have only one account and you have multiple email addresses (one primary and many secondary) assigned to it?If so, while sending mail, Exchange uses primary email address by default and if you want to choose any one of the secondary address then you may need to use some third party utility.http://www.ivasoft.biz/choosefrom2007.shtml But if you say you have added multiple accounts into your outlook profile as additional mailboxes, then outlook choose default From address as an account with outlook profile configuredprimarily so if you want to choose different account in from address then you need to select while sending a mail. Hi,When you configure outlook for Exchange then it will always take Default email address, which is your primary email address. If you want to send as any other seconday email address then you may have to configure using different protocol - Pop3 with your secondary email address and send mail by selecting secondary email address. By this way you can do send as from multiple secondary email addressBelow document has detail step by step on how to send a different email address or secondary address. http://www.arrowmail.co.uk/Public/SendAsAliases.pdfRegards,Krishnahttp://smtpport25.wordpress.com/

Well, there would be some workarounds... You need to create other accounts and assign one-one secondary address to all of them but it requires additional CAL licensees. Refer below similar thread for further understanding... http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchangesvradmin/thread/1040e63c-75e4-4824-b92b-931e47086bb3 Or you can go for mail-enabled public folder instead of mailboxes which doesn't require additional CAL... And choose the one which you want send mail from in From address while sending mail, for receiving all mails into single mailbox you can set delivery option to forward all mails to master mailbox so you won't have multiple copies... Third option is, use POP3 profiles instead of MAPI... Amit Tank | MVP Exchange Server | MCITP: EMA | MCSA: M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com
