When any of my users attempt to schedule an appointment to another users calendar in Outlook 2003, only 30 days of appointments appear. After that their schedule just shows a white line with black stripes. This never used to be the case, it started sometime this year. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this? Or if their are any settings that might need to be changed?Eric Dami

Hi, This is something configured in Outlook - by default you only publish current month + next month. You can change this in Outlook or using a group policy. Leif
