Can only see Free/Busy info of the user on the upstream server, but not the rest
Hi All,
I have a exchange server (Server A) routing to 2 upstream exchange servers (B & C), and have a lot of exchange servers globally. User reside in server A can ONLY see the free/busy on the 2 upstream server (B,C), but cannot see the user
status on the rest server in the orgnization?
Anyone has ideas about this?
Thanks
Roger

Is this a calendar issue?
If so, you can change all the free/busy options under outlook options and the calendar tab. Sounds like it would be a permissions thing.

You didn't share with us your Exchange Server version, service pack and rollup hotfix level, so I can only give you general advice.
Ensure that all system folders underneath SCHEDULE+ FREE BUSY are replicated to all public folder servers.Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."

Hello,
Please make sure the replication on the SCHEDULE+ FREE BUSY folder is added to all the public folder database for all the Exchange servers. Especially
for the problematic servers.
Thanks,
Simon

That's almost what I posted two days ago, except that you can't replicate the SCHEDULE+ FREE BUSY folder because it's not a folder and it doesn't have replicas. You must replicate the child folders underneath it.Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."
