Hello,You need to change the permission of Default or Everyone to None on PF which will stop publishing/displaying it to all users except who has Reviewer or higher permission individually. You can change PF client permission in Outlook by going to PF properties, with PFDavAdmin or withRemove-PublicFolderClientPermission/Add-PublicFolderClientPermission powershell cmdlets.Amit Tank | MVP - Exchange | MCITP:EMA MCSA:M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com
