Can you save a Publisher document as a different type of file so I can e-mail a newsletter to members whom don't have Publisher so they can open and read? Thanks!
Can you save a Publisher Document as a different format so users that don't have Publisher can view for read only purposes?

Yes, you can save it as a PDF so users with a PDF Reader (Adobe reader) can view the document.
