Cannot Access OWA/RWW
Here is my situation:I can access OWA and RWW both from within the network, by going to http://serverip/exchange (for OWA). I cannot, however, go using either the public IP or the FQDN (http://webdomain.com) I know the router is setup correctly: I have used it fine up to today (save for RWW which I have never been able to get working)I know the apps are http://serverip/exchange (for OWA). I cannot, however, go using either the public IP or the FQDN (http://webdomain.com) I know the router is setup correctly: I have used it fine up to today (save for RWW which I have never been able to get working)I know the apps are installed correctly on the server: I can access them just fine internally.I know I can access the server over the internet: the default HTML page loads just fine just not the apps!So the only thing in my mind is some sort of restriction only allowing local users to access THOSE APPLICATIONS (Remember- the default HTML page loads just fine) I have been unable to find any setting for this, however. If I go to view the directorys IP or domain restrictions- everything can access it.Ive tried running the Internet Connection Wizard many times. It is what made things WORSE rather than fixing my RWW problem (Now I cannot even GET to the programs, much less try to run them). There has to be some easy solution I am not aware about.I do not see anything in Event Viewer, either that would deal with this.
Port 443 and 4125 are both allowed through the firewall. I've tried accessing via both http:// and https://. Neither work.
Im at a loss! Please help me out!Would upgrading to R2 help? I've been considering it- it's only $300 to upgrade. I was wondering if it wouldn't reset enough files and settings to where this would work again!
