Our company needs a small application that will get all the ateendees list from Live Meeting and mail them certain information and announcements post meeting.

I need to obtain Authentication Ticket for successfully sending requests to live meeting server.

I am following the article:

If you read the article hopefully you will understand the scenario.

But the wdsl service is not available or moved:
https://lm.microsoftonline.com/lmwebservice.asmx?wsdl

I need information about the LM service and whether it has been moved or retired. Also would like to know alternatives.
