When did this start? Does it work from another server?

This problem occurs if the following conditions are true: 1. Users are delegated Exchange Server administrator roles. 2. The users who are delegated Exchange Server administrator roles are not members of the Domain Admins group or the Local Admins group on the Exchange server. 3. You have implemented the Exchange Server 2003 Security Hardening templates. Please check the steps in article below to solve the problem. You receive an "ID no: c10308a2" error message when you use the Active Directory Users and Computers snap-in to remotely add or edit an e-mail address for a mail-enabled user in Exchange Server 2003 http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;905809 If the problem still persists, then Id like to know the background of the issue. 1. Is it a cluster environment? 2. Have you do any migration before that? 3. Where is the Exchange management tool install on,from work station or from Exchange Server, from Domain controller?
