Hello,

When attempting to add my 365 account to Onenote on my android phone I receive a "Office 365 sign-in failed due to network error".

Sign-in and sync currently works on my iPad, and a co-workers iPhone. 

My company has a site on 365 from which we connect to share Notebooks.

I have tried re-installing the Onenote app on the phone. Sync of the notebooks works on the web app, Onenote on windows, and Apple devices.

My personal OneDrive syncs correctly.

Based on my research, this issue has been asked many times in Office 365 Community forum.

Some users were able to resolve the issue by signing in with one Microsoft Account first, and then adding Office 365 account as another location. You may have a try and let me know the result.

Since this issue is more likely a Office 365 issue, and this forum focus more on the Office Client side questions. If above doesn't fix the issue, I'd recommend you post a new question in the Office 365 Community forum for further assistance:
