Our exchange 2013 failed PCI scan due to tlsv1.0 enable. After patching CU9 and turn off tlsv1.0, outlook cannot connect to exchange and OWA show blank page after login. Anyone has any idea?

Did other TLS methods enabled ? like TLS 1.1/1.2...

Base on my knowledge, SMTP uses transport layer security (TLS) 1.0 in a Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 environment, although this hard-coded restriction has been solved in CU8, but MS not mentioned that TLS 1.0 could be disabled without any affect, I would recommend you enable TLS 1.0 again .
