I have tried repeatedly to download the free trial of Visio Professional 2013.  Each time, the download aborts with a message that Tech Support is working on the issue.  Can we find out what the issue is, and when it will be resolved?  Anxious to download and try this software for my business.

If you did not download from TechNet Evaluation Center, please try it.

If you have used this link, please provide us the whole error message when download aborted.
