I am endeavouring to install the updates from Microsoft.  Two of the three important updates were installed without a problem

but the third update will not install and I get information say cannot install 80070663.  Can you please help.  Thanks

What kind of update is it? Is it a Windows Security Update or a driver update?

Since the thread is posted in Office 2010 - IT Pro General Discussions, if it's an Office update, please consider to repair the Office installation from Control Panel -> Programs and Features first, then try to apply this update again to check the result.
