Someone from Technet was helping me out over a week ago.  I have a product key for Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 with one download left.  I need to download it onto my laptop because I had it completely swiped clean due to viruses and now need Office re-installed.  My product key is <xxxxx-xxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx>

I went through the entire download but at the end it was unsuccessful.  I don't know where to start again. HELP please
