Hello,I just tried the method above on a completely different computer outside of our regular GPO's and I got the same exact error.I'm installing with Domain Admin account and my EX07 org version is 8.1 (build 240.6). I'm using the 32 bit version of Managment tools from Microsoft (Microsoft Exchange Server Setup v8.1.240.6). I'm getting quite frustrated now!! Marcina

i would suggest you try login with local Admin account. not sure if the domain admin account you are using, is removed from local admin group or so. try downloading the package again and extract it to a folder other then program files. then execute setup.exe from that folder.
