This just recently started happening. If I try to print the body of an email, or an attachment to an email, I get to the print screen and there is no print button, only Save and Cancel. I have tried resetting low integrity level on the Low folder and re-creating the missing folder, which was suggested in the help section. That didn't work.

What version of Outlook are you using? Outlook 2007, Outlook 2010 or Outlook 2013?

I agreed with moderators answer. But, If you are using MS Outlook 2013 or 2010, then you can customize the print button by following the given below steps:

1. Open MS Outlook >> Click on Customize Quick Access Toolbar as shown in figure.

1. From the drag down list select Print Option & Click twice on it, a print icon will be added immediately.

 

I hope this information will help you to add the Print Option.
