Hi: I just set up an SBS2003 server and am having an issue with exchange. I can send email from the new domain to my home and reply to the message that I sent to my home with no issues. If I do a test by creating a new email from my home system I get the following error message. hi looks like thedomain from where the email is comming from is been black listed could you try a different machine with differentenail domain and try reciving emails checked if in porperties of the default virtual server you have connection filter enable if yes remove connection filter

Hi: Thank you for your assistance so far. I've been doing more work on the issue and have determined that if I send a message by typing in the address user@domain.com it bounces. If I send the message via a reply it does not bounce. This is because the reply address sent from my domain is user@www.domain.com. How can I correct this. Regards, C

You will need to modify your recipient policy to be for your domain.org rather than www.domain.org. 1. Click Start, point to Programs, point to Microsoft Exchange, click System Manager 2. In the left System Manager window pane, click to expand Organization, click to expand Recipients, and then click Recipient Policies. 3.Edit thedefault policy and change theSMTPdomain from www.domain.org to domain.org. 4.Apply the policy and wait 5 minutes 5.
