Cannot recieve external mail on a new Exchange 2013 server.

I have just installed a new 2012 server with a fresh install of exchange 2013. I am able to send meails fine but can only recieve internal email.

I have made sure anonymous users is ticked in my default frontend recieve conector. Here is the answer I get from microsofts remote connectivity tests.

Any ideas would be helpful. I am temporarily switching back to a different mail server

Hi,

I'm finding it hard to read your screenshot, so I will refer to your email address as Zach@mydomain.com.au

Have you got mydomain.com.au set up as an accepted domain in your Exchange 2013 environment?

That issue has been fixed. I have one last problem. When some people try and send emails they get the following bounce back

The following message to <paulg@dbs.com.au> was undeliverable.
The reason for the problem:
5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'Please turn on SMTP Authentication in your mail client, or login to the\nIMAP/POP3 server before sending your message.  mail05.syd.iprimus.net.au\n[210.50.30.229]:16224 is not permitted to relay through this server without\nauthentication.'

I have started the imap and pop3 services this fixed some.
