Cannot send to Distribution Group
Hello I'vea problem with a new installed Exchange 2007 that these users cannot send to distribution group which are located in the Child Domain in the old Exchange 2003 infrastructure (in migration). These groups are configured as Global Group. All Exchange 2007 servers are in the root domain. Do I've to change they to universal groups? Or what do I've to do? Thanks a lot Norbert

Hi Norbert, Looks like you need to convert them to Universal since Exchange 2007 contact local DC and global group membership (of your child domain) might not replicate to non local DC. Check below resources to understand in better way... https://forums.microsoft.com/TechNet/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=4058945&SiteID=17&pageid=0 Need to convert Global groups to Universal groups? http://blogs.technet.com/sfodel/archive/2008/08/04/need-to-convert-global-groups-to-universal-groups.aspx
