Cannot share mailboxes
When I go into Active Directory and go to Exchange Advanced tab for a user say "Bob", I click Mailbox Rights. I add"Tom" (An Admin)to the list and give it Full Mailbox Access. Then I go to Toms PC and attempt to Add Bob's account to the list of Mailboxes.I see Bobs Mailbox show up on the list in Outlook.I then go to the mailbox on the left of Outlook and it says "Unable to expand the folder." and the pane on the right says "Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Office Outlook could not access the specified folder location."I'm trying to do this though Active Directory and not physically go to the machine to share each folder. One issue with that is if they create a new folder then it doesn't show up because it was never shared.

Hi,Whether all the folders could not be available or just the new created folder?Whether only the two users have this issue? Please try to give the Full Mailbox Access of the Bob to another user, then test this issue. You can also give the others user's Full Mailbox Access to the Tom.We need to do the above the testing to narrow down the cause of the issue.ThanksAllen

It happens to everyone I try to add, and on different accounts. I've tried numerous combinations. No folders are available. I see a gray screen on the right that just says "Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Office Outlook could not access the specified folder location"Could it be some rogue group policy or something?

Hi,Whether all the users who encountered this issue belong to the same mailbox store? If it is, please try to create a new mailbox store, then move the two users to this store to check this issue.ThanksAllen
