Cannot sign-out from Exchange 2013

Hi,

We have just installed 2 Exchange 2013 SP1 with all other updates. Everything is fine, except of signing out of OWA. It gives the following message:

Finish signing out, please close all open browser windows

All I did is change authentication to Basic for both OWA and ECP directories (I needed because we have to publish through TMG).

Thank you for any input.

What Authentication you have set on TMG? And Did you use EAC to set the Authentication or Exchange Management Shell?

Thank you for prompt reply.

It is not only with TMG, it is while accessing internally,as well. I used EAC to change Authentication.

I assume you are already restarted IIS service on the server. Run the below command see what is the output it gives. Set-OwaVirtualDirectory -Identity "Server01\owa (default Web site)" -BasicAuthentication:$true and Set-EcpVirtualDirectory -Identity "Server01\ecp (default Web site)" -BasicAuthentication:$true

Hi,

It is working now in one of the servers, but not in the other. Strange.

Hi,

I just realized that changing virtual directories in EMS, just reset it to default (Basic and FBA), but only FBA is selected. If changed using EAC, I encounter same problem, and that is a problem when we want to publish through TMG.

Any idea?

Hi,

Is there any Microsoft moderator around to tell if this is a normal behavior. I'm stuck here, and I cannot move forward. Everything I choose apart of FBA, it gives that message.

After installing Exchange 2013 in Lab, I realized that problem comes after SP1 installation. It works fine without SP1. I even installed CU7, but didn't help.

Any idea?
