Fatal error during installation Elapsed Time: 00:03:28 The file D:\Setup\ServerRoles\Common\ar\Microsoft.Exchange.InfoWorker.AssistantsClientResources.resources.dll does not exist. \ar ? isnt thar arabic ? my locales are set to English. If you are creating ISO for testing in VMware, etc. using WinISO or simillar app, make sure all files are in that ISO. WinISO is unable to save the file above into the ISO (Gods know, what's the problem...). Installing from extrected files directly is ok.R.V.

Faced the same issue, and if you check the name returned in the Error message is: D:\Setup\ServerRoles\Common\ar\Microsoft.Exchange.InfoWorker.AssistantsClientResources.resources.dll and if you check the name of the dll in the ISO image its D:\Setup\ServerRoles\Common\ar\Microsoft.Exchange.InfoWorker.AssistantsClientResources.resou.dll: seems while creating the ISO image its truncating the file name and that is the issue. I am also now installing it from the files instead of ISO image.ThanksAlind
