I'm the IT vendor for a company and they have a technical issue with their Mail Exchange and Outlook. 4 users added the mailbox of a user in their outlook and of the 4, only 1 of them were able to see the draft folder of the added mailbox while the rest can't. I went into their Mail Exchange and gave them full access, re-added the mailbox, restart the outlook and still can't solve the issue. The settings on the Mail Exchange are the same so I suspect there might be something in outlook that I'd overlooked. Need help on this, thanks!
