I would like to role out standard outlook categories to all our corporate computers. Categories are an Outlook thang ....check out www.slipstick.com and the Outlook groups. That said ... if you have a fairly small shop and want to share categories this is one very nice option: http://www.codetwo.com/freeware/catman/ Put the text file in a shared folder that is RO to all users except those who need to be able to control categories.
