Centralized Message Tracking in Exchange Server 2003
Dear All,
I have multiple Standalone Exhcange Servers in different geographical locations. I have a centralized team who is responsible for all Exchange related activities. There are few guys at each location, who are having read only access to Exchange.
However, we are looking if anyhow, we can achieve Centralized Message Tracking for all Exchange Servers through a cost effective solution. No third party tools, Client will not invest money on them.
Please let me know if you need any further inputs on this issue.

Have you tried to used the message tracking in ESM? Is there a reason why this doesn't work?Mark Morowczynski|MCT| MCSE 2003:Messaging, Security|MCITP:EMA 2K7,EDA Win 7,ES,SA,EA|MCTS:Windows Mobile Admin|Security+|http://almostdailytech.com

Dear Mark,
I have 40 Exchange Servers (MBX) and 4 Bridge Head Servers which does all the routing between various servers, and message tracking through ESM takes ____ lot of time. If the same is tracked with a VB Script, within few seconds, i am able to extract
the same to Excel. However, few of the internal details will not be visible through my method, but still most of the requests for tracking can be fulfilled.
I can still use ESM whenever I want but the question here is any efficient and faster way to handle this.

Hi K.Phani Kumar
In my opinion, if you are the administrator of all the exchange server, you could gather all the tracking log, and then use log parser to analyze them.
You could archive the log from all the exchange server to special location, and then use the tool to analyze them.
The infomation cotained in the log you could refer to below

How to use the log parser tool you could refer to the help DOC.
