2x Domain Controler with local IP with domain.local name Domain has split DNS for local and external IPs

2x Exchange 2013 servers with local IP and external IP with domain.com name

2x Webservers running IIS with local IP and external IP

Both external IPs for webserver and exchange are different.

Both Exchange servers respond to name email.domain.com both internaly and externaly. Internal and external virtual directories are set to email.domain.com address. Outlook providers are set to email.domain.com

I have trusted computer outside the domain and it is using Outlook 2013. It has installed my CA certificate. This Outlook is showing Security alert about certificate. The certificate from alert comes from webserver. I need it to use only one certificate from exchange server. How to do that? I looked for Autodiscover settings and outlook anywhere. What am I missing?
