We would like to use our FortiGate as our Load Balancer. Sadly FortiGate can only perform HTTP-Checks. How is it possible to check /owa/healthcheck.htm at HTTP instead of HTTPS?

Thank you for your question.
by my understanding, you want to change Https to Http when you logon OWA/healthcheck.html Exchange , (if we are misunderstand, please be free to let me know.) healthcheck.htm does not actually exist within the virtual directories; it is generated in-memory based on the component state of the protocol in question. So we think we could modified the SSL of OWA to achieve it:
Notice: After we configure IIS, all user use http logon OWA instead of https.
