Hi guys, I have got exhange 2010sp1 roolup3 which is running on windows 2008R2.I wanted to use changing password feature on owa so I created a registery on cas server like this ChangeExpiredPasswordEnabled it was set dword value "1" and was restarted IIS service.After I set my users account's option "User must change password at next logon" as you know I must have done it because i didn't want to wait until expried user's password,anyway when I login to owa it says "The user name or password you entered isn't correct. Try entering it again." I was supposed to configure it but as you know I got problem.. So what would you give me an advise? thanks indeed

Check the OWA mailbox policy segmentation tab for password change feature. EMC\org\clientaccess and OWA mailbox policy .

I would allow the OWA mailbox assistant to run or increase diagnostics logging to check any untoward events.
