CAS installed on Windows 2008 server.I read: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb684904.aspx "An Outlook Web Access user can use the Change Password feature in the following cases:To change their password after they have logged on to their mailbox by using Outlook Web AccessTo change their password if their password will expire within a given time periodTo change their password if their password has already expiredTo change their password if the User must change password at first logon is enabled..."My users worked in local network. But user`s workstation in workgroup. - Publish throught ISA2006 inapplicable. IISADMPWD - worked. But this is additional structure - uncomfortably. From OWA - worked only for user after they have logged on to their mailbox by using Outlook Web AccessFrom OWA - don`t worked for user with their password has already expired and user with User must change password at first logon. Error - message User name or password incorrectPlease help me! Why configure CAS for ability change expired password and change password for "User must change password at first logon"

In your case the only reliable way to implement this feature is with ISA Server 2006, and later with Forefront TMG (we've done quite a bit of research on this issue).
Below is a quote from You had me at EHLO:
Please note that the IISADMPWD functionality is not included with IIS 7.0 on Windows Server 2008. Some workarounds have been posted on the web that show a method to implement the same behavior for IIS 7.0. However, these workarounds are not supported or recommended by Microsoft and we have observed that the solution does not always work as expected with Exchange Server 2007. Specifically, changing passwords for users whose passwords have expired is unreliable.
If you require the ability to change passwords after they have expired or when the user must change the password at first logon, and your Client Access Servers run Windows Server 2008 and Exchange Server 2007 SP1, you can use ISA Server 2006 to implement the feature.

Hi,
In a scenario where user is unable to reset an expired password and there is no direct access to Exchange server, you can use third party web control panels to manage your Exchange users and domains from a web based interface e.g. www.hostingcontroller.com and www.dotnetpanel.com .
They are very handy when there is a restriction that end users cant access Exchange Server directly, and also provide many other useful and desired features through a web based interface.
