Changing auto-accept for reoccuring meetings EX2007
We have noticed that when a person makes a reoccurring meeting starting will say May 1st with an end date of Sept 31st gets rejected. Seems that it doen't look at the start date just today's date and counts out 180 from there. Is there a way of telling auto-accept to look at the start date and not today date? Normand

Take a look at this three part article, it should provide you with an answer: http://www.msexchange.org/articles_tutorials/exchange-server-2007/management-administration/managing-resource-mailboxes-exchange-server-2007-part1.htmlBP

Nope, it doesn't answer the question.

I believe the default setting for days out is 180. You can should be able to change the date range using OWA or set-Mailboxcalendarsettings.BP

We want auto-accept to count from the fist meeting date, not the date the meeting is posted. Say I make a reoccuring meeting begining in 2 weeks lasting for 180 days. Add the 14 days till the meeting actually starts, you have 194 day, meeting rejected. If it looked at the begining date and counted 180 from there, it would be accepted.
