If we change the administrators password on our domain server how will this affect our exchange 2013 server, if any?

There is no issue to Exchange Server I can think of if you change the domain admin password. Also, Exchange administrative accounts are completely different from Exchange accounts. In any case, you can change the password and won't affect Exchange functionality

Good to know.  I wasn't sure if there were any services that I needed to manually add the correct password back in.
