I have a user with original user name "abc", and after we changed the name to "cde", we can use the new user ID "cde" login the OWA but the user name shown in the OWA Change Password page is still domain\abc and thus the user cannot change the password. Can anyone help me on this? Thanks

Have you changed both the User Logon Name (UPN) and the User Logon Name (pre-Windows 2000) (sAMAccountName) fields in AD? If the UPN was changed to 'cde' and the user is authenticating to OWA as 'cde@domain.com'but if thepre-windows 2000user name is still set to 'abc' then the password change component would display that name.
