Check Exchange 2003 PF Permissions

Hi Running Exchange 2003 SP2 and Outlook 2007 SP2. I need to find the permissions assigned to a particular mail enabled Public Folder (who has Editor rights etc). I don't believe this is possible using Exchange 2003 itself, does anyone know how I can find out? Or find out which account has 'God' rights to all PF's in our org? Thanks!
