Is it possible to change the names of the Bibliography Fields for a Bibliography Style, e.g. change "Title" to "Document Title"?

I would also want to change how a Bibliography item is shown in my document, e.g. Edition is shown with the edition no. followed by "ed.", and I don't want "ed." to be shown.

I'm using Word 2013.
