Cleaning a single mailbox
Hello All, Taking it far back, there is one thing that I admired with Exchange 5.5, an administrator was able to clean just one or a few mailboxes at at time. Unfortunately the setting a mailbox clean policy and then running the mailbox management process only allows to exclude mailboxes. We have 3200 mailboxes in our environment and to exclude 3000 mailboxes from the policy is very time consuming. Does anyone know of a better solution. I would love to cleana few mailboxes at a time.

If there are messages in a user's mailbox that is older than 365 days, we have quite a few user's mailboxes that still have to be cleaned manually because (unfortunately), mailbox limites are not set, it's a political battle working in a educational environment and trying to educated the end user's of the importants of keeping mailboxes cleaned. The organization has gone for years without having limits set and we can not seem to get this "most important" task made conviencing.
