Iam overwhelmed by all the tech talk, I just need to transferr numerous contacts vcard to outlook and I need a quick way to do them in bulk. I am clerk of  my church with a new computer as well as new Outlook software. I will need a converter ie or program that works for the church, pastor and membership. Downloaded trial but don't know how to use it to see if it is what i need to purchase.

You don't indicate which program you downloaded so impossible for anyone to answer your question as to "how to use it". That said, the first place to ask for assistance regarding any 3rd party program would be to the vendor of the program who should provide you with the information required (or perhaps start by reading the help file provided with the program). This would be a 3rd party program so it's not a question as to how Outlook functions.
