Thank you for the screenshot, James. Now, I understand better about this issue.
This behavior has been changed in Outlook 2013 when we click on a contact or email address. However, we should see all information you entered when creating a contact for the user in the new contact view. It's a contact view which can combine contacts
from multiple sources to a single contact.
If the Address field is empty, it won't show in the view when clicking on the email address. To verify this, please check as below:
Do you have the internal colleague added to your Contact folder? If so, please click
People on the navigation bar, switch to Business Card view, and then click the contact for the internal colleague. In the open the dialog, check if the Address field is filled. If not, it won't show the Address field in the
view when clicking on the email address.
If the internal colleague is in your GAL and not added as an Outlook contact, please open the
Address Book under Home tab. Search for the colleague in GAL scope, then, click the search result to verify if the Address field is empty.
