Client Download of OAB
We are having an issue since we migrated to Exchange 2007 with the OAB download on some of our clients. We are currently using Outlook 2003 in cached mode. The problem is not widespread, as most clients have no issues at all. However, we seem to have about 5-10 clients per week that are not getting the OAB updates and then we need to rebuild the Outlook profile to fix the issue. So far, none of them have been repeat issues and we cannot find a commonality between them.Has anyone run into a similar problem?
