2 of us here using Outlook 2010 are able to press Ctrl + Alt + M to insert a comment into an email

4 of us are unable to - ie nothing happens

Does anyone know what could prevent this Outlook feature from working?

I am facing with the same situation.

I used to be able to use Ctrl+Alt+M to add comment callouts in Outlook 2010; however, recently I found that nothing happens after I hit the key strokes.

Anyone know what could prevent this feature from working?
