Hi,
Our organization is slowly migrating from Office 2010 to Office 2013. Coworkers share files, databases, etc. on a local network. Ive installed Office 2013 on some pcs that coworkers use on this LAN. When it comes to sharing files in Word 2013 and Excel 2013 with colleagues still using Office 2010, they experience no major problems. But its a different story with Access databases designed with Access 2010. Once a coworker using Access 2013 opens a database that was working fine with 2010, it soon becomes almost unusable with Access 2010. Apparently the reason, are the underlying vba reference libraries versions, that upgrade automatically when opened with Access 2013, but then become unusable with Access 2010. Is there any workaround, so that user can use the same database with both with 2010 and 2013?
Thanks for any help.
Regards
Andy
