Compliance Probe - ELCComponent_DumpsterWarningQuota

I am getting the following SCOM alert every night, then it resolves itself in the morning. Our database are configured without limits and we do not retain items that are hard deleted. We don't have any quotas. I don't know what "Quota" the alert is referring to. Any assistance appreciated.

If not on hold, get last ELC exception from Export-MailboxDiagnosticLogs -Component MRM then statistics with -ExtendedProperties and look at all ELC properties.

Hello,

The OWA url information displayed on Outlook settings is read from the internalurl parameter on the OWA virtual Directory.

Thanks,

Not sure how does that relates to the dumpster quota warnings?

Hello,

Sorry about my last reply. It was for another thread.

About your question, if there is no limitation on totaldeleteditemsize, the issue may occur due to corrupted mailbox or its index. You can fix this issue by moving this mailbox to anther database.

hello,

its seem you have configure the Retention policy and set it as Retention Hold. Managed Folder Assistant won't delete/move mail items based on the Retention Policy(tag), thus the mailbox's size and dumpster will be grown larger. So you need to raise the quota for the Recoverable items.

Please fallow below URLs.

Configure Deleted Item retention and Recoverable Items quotas
