I planning use Exchange Server 2013 with Client Outlook 2013. Meanwhile, I need to use instant message for my employees real-time chatting. Could you suggest me what are components for instant message uses with Outlook 2013?

Note: Such as Lotus Notes 8.5 is use with Sametime.
