Conference Rooms in Exchange Server 2007
As far as I know there's nothing special about conference rooms where Exchange will allow delegation of rights on just them. However, you can put all the conference rooms in a particular OU and delegate rights on that OU.Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."

Guys i need to know that in exchange 2007 do we have or is there any way we can delegate the below task to one group or user without giving the full exchange permission .,i know the user
should be part of the Exchange recipient administrator group but in that manner user can play with more things .. but I want that user should be limited to the below only....for the conference room perspective.
• Add/Create a conference room
• Delete a conference room
• Rename a conference room
• Access requests to managed a “restricted” conference room
• Unable to book meeting room / Configuration Review/ Correction
And after proceeding further we can delegate the task to anybody ...BUT for the above is there any way; can we do that without having the permissions or permission limited to conference
rooms only ?
Or can we install exchange console or any of the user machine and delegate him for creating/deletion of the conference room mailboxes, i know it sounds wired but still if something or some
way we can achieve that?
