Conference room errors after migration to 2007
We arecurrently in Pilot to migrate from 2003 to 2007. At this time really on abotu 100 IT users and a handful of conference room/resource mailboxes have been migrated over. The conference rooms are still setup as resource room using the old Exchange 2003 procedures from the Outlook client. I demoed the new 2k7 way of handling conference rooms and management hated it so we are keeping them the old way.The issue is that the usersare having issues modifying and/or deleting meetings from the conference rooms that they scheduled prior to the migration. They get an error that they don't have permission. This is going to be a big issue when I go to move the rest of the users and conf rooms. Any ideas why the users are losing their rights to scheduled meetings after the move?ThanksRobert

Hi Robert,
I am not able to reproduce your issue.
I have created a mailboxB on Exchange 2003, add UserA Owner permission on the Calendar folder of the mailboxB and create a meeting in mailboxB. Then, move the mailboxB to Exchange 2007. I notice the UserA still has Owner permission on the Calendar folder of the mailboxB. In addition, the UserA can open the Calendar folder of the mailboxB and delete the meeting entry with no problem.
Therefore, would you please let me know the exact steps which you performed to reproduce the issue?
Mike
