Users open Outlook and get a certification error, they click continue and Outlook works fine. They also can't use their OOF assistance. I press CNTRL+right click on the Outlook icon to test and get the following error. Turns out recycling MSexchangeAutoDiscoverAppPool in Application Pools did the trick. I did perform all the checks Jonas recommended which helped I also followed this article http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=940726 steps 6-8 mention restarting the MSExchangeAutodiscoverAppPool.
