Dear All,I have several users in one of my Exchange Server that i cant add the mailbox to the Outlook Client. For example, the mailbox name is "#manager nuser", when i put that name in the outlook, it doesnt recognize it. But when i put the logon name for that user, that is "mnuser" it works.What can it be ?Guilherme Teles

Hi, As my understand that if you type display name of the mailbox, it did not recognize. If we use alias of the mailbox, it can recognize. Is that true? Then please try to un-tick Use Cached Exchange Mode when you create the profile and then type Display name to see if it can resolve the name. Besides please try to get user dump and send to me. I suspect that something wrong in the use attribute. Please install Windows Server 2003 Support Tools first. 1. Double click on LDP.exe 2. Select Connection from the menu and select Connect from the drop down. 3. Server dialog>Enter the Domain Controller and click OK. 4. Select Connection from the menu and select Bind from the drop down. 5. If logged on as an Administrator leave credentials blank and click OK out otherwise enter Administrator credentials. 6. From the menu select View and from the drop down select Tree. 7. Leave the Base DN blank and click OK. 8. Expand the DC from the left frame. 9. Double click on the CN (common name) = Users 10. Select the appropriate user we need to take an LDP dump of. 11. Click Ctrl + N to clear out existing data. 12. Click off user and then click back to the user to refresh new data. 13. From the menu select Connection and then select Save As from the drop down menu. 14. Name the file appropriately i.e. pre-NDR, post-NDR. Regards, Xiu
