Conflict Meeting Requests accepted by participants
Hi
I have a resource mailbox for scheduling a meeting room.Meeting requests are auto accepted and the room get booked.
Problem :
I initiated a meeting request selecting the resource meeting room wihtout noticing that room has alredy been booked.
I received a message decling my request. But the other participants whom I invited have received my meeting request and they send me responses accpting the meeting.
How can I block sending requests to invitees also if someone mistakenly send a meeting request selecting a room which is unavailable. OR How can I block sending a meeting request at all if the selected room is unavailable.
Regards.

In order to avoid this situation
User must use schedule Assitant before sending a Meeting request
So that he can see room is busy or free

Or

Hello Prasanga,
When you create meeting request, you can use room finder to help you choose an available room.
If this is a conflict meeting, organizer can go to their calendar, update/cancel the meeting request.
Thanks,
